Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date on the invoice.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

Returned items must be delivered to the store for inspection.
Once the return is approved, a credit will be processed within 14 days.

Operate your blinds easily using the cord to raise or lower to your desired height, with a secure cord-lock mechanism to hold them in place. Adjust light control by twisting the wand to open or close the slats—ensure slats are open when lifting or lowering.
Suitable for both facefix and recess installation. For recess fitting, blinds should be slightly smaller than the opening with a minimum depth of 35mm. For facefix, allow extra coverage above, below, and on each side of the window for optimal fit.
