Refunds & Exchange

We strive to ensure that all our products meet your expectations. However, if you need to return an item, please adhere to the following guidelines: 

Eligibility for Returns 
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date on the invoice. 
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. 

Customers are liable for the return of products to the store.

Non-Returnable Items 
Products purchased as “Specials” are non-returnable. 
End of range products. 

Return Process 
To initiate a return, please contact our sales consultants via email at webstore@pulsegroup.co.za. 
Returned items must be delivered to the store for inspection. 
Once the return is approved, a credit will be processed within 14 days. 

Terms & Conditions

Pre-Fixing Requirements for our products:
Customers must ensure that tiles are correct before fixing. 
Read the installation instruction if available on the box, if not seek advise from our sales consultants before installing.
Pre-fixing checks for shade, tonality, and defects are the customer’s responsibility. 
Pulse Tiles will not be held liable for any claims once the tiles have been laid. 

Pulse Tiles provides recommended products for the installation of mosaics, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, taps, baths, toilets, and showers. Please note that Pulse Tiles cannot be held responsible for any claims arising from installations where the recommended products were not used. 

Faulty Products :
Faulty items (e.g., taps, showers, or baths) are assessed based on supplier guarantees. 
Customers may be required to cover call-out fees if installation faults or negligence are determined. 
Certain products, such as air conditioners, require service histories and accredited installation for warranty claims. 

Warranty Requirements: 
We reserve the right to modify this policy to accommodate operational and customer requirements.
