- Shipping Provider: Outsourced Tiles and Fragile Delivery (3 -5 business days)
- Shipping Areas: Fragile Products can only be Shipped to areas in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
- Shipping Rates: Rates are determined based on the weight and distance of the total cart.
- Delivery Period: Fragile products will be delivered 3-5 business days after the transaction.
Non-Fragile Items

Mixed Orders

- If your cart includes fragile and non-fragile items, the entire order will be shipped using the Outsourced Tiles and Fragile Delivery to ensure all items arrive safely.
Collection

- If you would like to collect your items instore you can collect at 130 Ramsay Ave, Sparks, Berea, 4091.
- Upon arrival present your invoice to process your collection.
- Orders are to be collected 1 – 3 days after order is processed.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number to track your order online for Non Fragile items.
You will receive an email confirmation of the order via email for your purchase.
Please allow for 24 hours after receiving the notification before tracking your parcel.
