PayJustNow transactions require the first deposit to be available in your bank account at the time of purchase. If sufficient funds are not available, the transaction will be declined.
All refunds, returns, and exchanges processed via PayJustNow must comply with the store’s current Refunds and Returns Policy. Approved refunds will be handled in line with PayJustNow’s refund processes and timelines.
If a PayJustNow transaction is declined or unsuccessful, the customer must contact PayJustNow Support directly. The store cannot approve, override, or troubleshoot declined PayJustNow transactions.
